What is Fire Academy FSA?

Q: What is the difference between Fire Academy FSA and the New York State Academy of Fire Science, and why is this important?

In part, this means that Fire Academy FSA cannot accept payments directed to the New York State Fire Academy, and the New York State Fire Academy cannot accept payments directed to Fire Academy FSA.
