Our Policies:
We accept orders by phone, fax and e-mail and accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards, as well as purchase orders and vouchers. If you're paying by check or money order, please contact us first for an estimate to make sure the proper New York State sales tax is applied (no sales tax charged on out-of-state orders).
Any organization which is tax-exempt must submit its tax-exempt form (NY ST-119 or equivalent) for sales tax charges to be waived. For more information about ordering, see our order form.
All payments, purchase orders and vouchers must be payable to "Fire Academy FSA". We are unable to accept purchase orders, vouchers and payments that are made payable to any name, organization or agency other than "Fire Academy FSA". We cannot accept payments made to the New York State Fire Academy.

State). You can also DOWNLOAD AN ORDER FORM and
fax it in.
