If your organization or your local government entity (city, village, county, fire district) is located in New York State and is tax exempt, we are required to have proof of your tax exempt status in accordance with this document.
If your organization is a volunteer fire company, department, squad or other Not-For-Profit organization and is located in New York State and is tax exempt, we are required to have a copy of your Form ST-119.1, "Exempt Organization Certification" on file. Click here for more information.
